The growing deficit on housing supply

It is estimated that the nation is short 3.8 million housing units. The main driver of the housing shortfall has been the long-term decline in the construction of single-family homes and that decline has been exacerbated by an even larger decrease in the supply of entry-level single-family homes, or starter homes. FUTUR is here to help be a solution and alleviate the need for affordable housing world wide. Through automation and 3d printing, we hope to develop our offering and services so we can help build 1 million homes by 2030.
